Let's transform your life together! I have been there - working ALL hours, operating on zero sleep, over indulging in food and alcohol just to get through the day. I’ve tried it all, but having a regular yoga and fasting practice since early 2000's has definitely saved me.
I've taken numerous courses with industry experts, to better understand the body, the female body, to know what is possible via a sustainable approach to life via food, breath, wellness and movement.
